1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site. To purchase a firearm or ammunition, you must meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements under federal, state, and local law — generally 18 for long guns and long-gun ammunition and 21 for handguns and handgun ammunition. Final age and eligibility verification is completed in person at a licensed dealer at the time of transfer.

2. Firearms, compliance, and your responsibilities

Firearms are heavily regulated. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the item, and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

• Firearms cannot be shipped to your home. They ship to a licensed dealer (FFL) that you select, where you complete a background check (ATF Form 4473) and take possession.
• You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state and locality, including any bans, capacity limits, or feature restrictions.
• We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including where we cannot confirm eligibility or a lawful transfer.
• You may not purchase on behalf of anyone else (a "straw purchase") or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Accessories and everyday-carry gear

Non-firearm accessories and everyday-carry gear (such as knives, multitools, and lights) generally ship directly to you. Some items — including certain knives and magazines — are restricted in some states and localities. You are responsible for ensuring an item is legal where you live before ordering.

4. Orders, pricing, and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free, and we may correct errors, change prices, or cancel orders (including after an order is placed) where information was inaccurate.

5. Shipping and FFL transfers

For firearms, you are responsible for selecting a valid receiving FFL and for any transfer fees that dealer charges. If a transfer cannot be completed (for example, if you fail a background check or the dealer declines the transfer), the item is returned to us and a refund may be issued less shipping and any applicable restocking charges.

6. Returns and cancellations

Return eligibility varies by item and by law. Firearms that have transferred to you generally cannot be returned to us and must be handled through a licensed dealer. Please contact us before attempting any return.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, and design are owned by Linc Armaments LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Firearms are inherently dangerous; you assume all responsibility for safe, lawful storage, handling, and use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linc Armaments LLC from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or of any law, or your misuse of any product.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here, with its "last updated" date, is the current one.
